Exclusión de garantías y responsabilidad
ideant Neurotech no garantiza la ausencia de errores en los contenidos ni la disponibilidad continua del sitio. Newsletter — special provisions
Double opt-in: Upon subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email. Your subscription is only active after you click the confirmation link. This ensures documented, verifiable consent as required by GDPR Art. 7 and the French loi Informatique et Libertés.
What you'll receive: Platform development updates, module release announcements, early access invitations, research partnership opportunities. No third-party advertising. No sale of your data.
Unsubscribe: Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also request removal at any time by emailing info@ideant.xyz. Removal is processed within 72 hours.

International data transfers
Your data is stored on servers within the European Economic Area (EEA). Any transfer outside the EEA (e.g., Google Fonts) is carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection.
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.
4. Newsletter Subscription — Consent Details

By subscribing to the ideant Neurotech newsletter, you explicitly consent to:

Frequency
We aim to send no more than 1–2 emails per month. During quiet development periods, you may receive fewer. You will never receive unsolicited or off-topic communications.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time, without consequence, by:

- Sending an email to info@ideant.xyz with subject "Unsubscribe"
Withdrawal will be processed within 72 hours. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Consent record
In compliance with GDPR Art. 7(1), we keep a record of each subscription including: timestamp, IP address at time of subscription, double opt-in confirmation timestamp, and the version of the consent text shown at the time of subscription. This record is kept for the duration of your subscription plus 1 year for compliance purposes.
